S&T’s TSMonitor Integrates with FourthWall Media’s EBIF™ User Agent
CableNET®, The Cable Show '10 May 11–13, Los Angeles Convention Center. Strategy & Technology (S&T), the leading specialist in interactive TV playout systems and middleware, is to showcase how its TSMonitor works with FourthWall Media’s Enhanced Television applications for the EBIF™ platform.
S&T’s TSMonitor, in collaboration with FourthWall Media, is the first scalable ETV application monitoring tool, integrated with FourthWall Media’s EBIF User Agent and application development environment.
TSMonitor is a unique tool for monitoring broadcast interactive applications and closed captioning/subtitles to help ensure they are dependably delivered to viewers. TSMonitor is designed for use by broadcasters or playout centers wherever there is a need to monitor broadcast interactive applications, closed captions or subtitles, and other ancillary components within a transport stream.
FourthWall Media’s EBIF Platform has become the industry standard for ETV deployments on thin client set-top boxes, offering the only EBIF User Agent developed to run on legacy Cisco/Scientific-Atlanta set-top boxes. It has also developed a series of award winning applications and backend support systems for delivering interactive TV and advertising applications and widgets.
