ATRunner is a lightweight ATSC3.0 stream generator for lab and test use.
It can be configured via a simple XML configuration file for test and lab usage and provides a file-based mechanism for to allow live data update testing.
ATRunner may be connected to a compact scheduler/modulator such as the DekTec DTU-315 to provide a local RF source.
Alternatively, ATRunner output may be captured using tcpdump and the resulting file may be replayed as a reproducible test resource.
